It’s a major award.

We are pleased as punch to announce that OpenArc has won Inavero’s 2015 Best of Staffing® Award for exceptional client service! This national honor is given to less than 2% of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada, but the best thing? The award is based solely on ratings given by clients. Another fun fact: OpenArc’s Net Promoter® Score (a standard metric for measuring satisfaction) was a full 50% higher than the benchmark for the award – placing us in the elite of the elite. “We always knew we had the best clients in the world, and it feels pretty good to know that we’re working hard for them. We couldn’t be happier,” says Bethany Simon, OpenArc’s executive vice president. “It’s such a credit to the team for going that extra mile to make sure we are not only meeting, but truly understanding the needs of each of our clients.”
