Design Leader Brings Experience in Design Thinking, Custom Software, and Customer Engagement

its custom software solutions practice. In this role, Lotter brings a focus on end-users by framing the right
opportunities and creating new value for clients using design thinking methods and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Lotter is recognized in the industry as a creative problem solver and an evangelist for design and design thinking.
During his 25-year career, he has worked as a designer, manager and mentor at in-house design groups and
design consultancies, even starting a consultancy of his own. As the Director of Human-Centered Design at OpenArc,
Mark brings his experience leading teams and balancing the needs of end-users and businesses to serve as a beacon
for custom software solutions.
