Duquesne Light Company (DLC) is a leader in the transmission and distribution of electric energy. OpenArc’s long-term staffing engagement with DLC resulted in the hiring of more than 250 contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire employees. This positions were pivotal to both short and long-term transformational initiatives of the organization and supporting reorganization of the IT department. Roles filled were from entry level to executives within the IT Department. We worked closely with their operations and human resources to streamline hiring process, on-boarding, employee transitions and more.
